FAQ's

How can I earn rewards?

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on skullcandy.com. Points are earned on the product value paid for, excluding shipping and taxes. Points will be awarded to your account 30 days after the product ships.  

Members can also earn points for different actions:  

  • Become a member = 25 points 
  • Complete your profile = 15 points 
  • Follow on TikTok = 5 points 
  • Follow on Instagram = 5 points 
  • Leave a product review = 20 points  

Points earned on Skullcandy.com purchases are issued to members 30 days after the order is shipped.

How many points do I need to earn a reward?

For every 100 points, you will earn $20 in rewards towards your next purchase. The maximum rewards discount you can use towards a purchase is $100.

Earn 100 points, receive $20. Earn 200 points, receive $40! Rewards discounts are available in $20 increments.

How do I redeem reward points for a discount?

Once you earn rewards, shop skullcandy.com as a logged-in customer. When you reach checkout, you will see a dropdown with rewards that you are eligible to use on your order. To redeem your rewards during checkout, select the reward value and click the "Apply" button.  

Reward discounts are available in $20 increments. Members can apply a maximum of $100 reward dollars per transaction. 

Do points or rewards expire?

Points expire 12 months after they are awarded to you. For example, points earned on December 1st, 2024 will expire on December 1st, 2025.  

Similarly, eligible rewards discounts expire 12 months after they are issued. If you were given $20 in rewards on December 1st, 2024 that $20 reward discount will expire on December 1st, 2025.

How do I get free shipping on my order?

Skullcandy Soundlab members qualify for free standard shipping on orders $49.00 and above, shipping to the continental United States excluding large items including Barrel and Stomp speaker families which will still have a shipping fee. The shipping discount will automatically apply in checkout when you are logged in to your member account and the products in your order summary total more than $49.00. 

What if I already have a Skullcandy.com account?

If you have an account with Skullcandy.com already, you are not automatically enrolled in the Skullcandy Soundlab Rewards program. If you have an existing account on Skullcandy.com and want to become a member of the Skullcandy Soundlab Rewards program, please visit your account page and see the “Rewards” section where you can become a member by joining the program. 

What happens when i return an order?

When you return a product, the points earned on that product purchase will be retracted from your Skullcandy Soundlab Rewards account. 

If you return part of an order for a refund, and that order is partially refunded, the corresponding number of points is retracted from your account. You have earned points on only the remaining amount not refunded. For example: If you earn 100 points for spending $100, and then return and get a refund of $75, your points balance would update to 25 points.

How does it work if I return my order that I redeemed rewards points on?

For refunds on the entire order: We will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem a rewards discount will also be added back to your account.  

For partial refunds on rewards redemptions: If you earned points on a purchase and then applied those points towards a purchase, and then that purchase is partially refunded, we will not return the points used to redeem the rewards discount but will return points for the amount returned. For example: If you add $100 of product to your cart and apply a $20 rewards discount when you place your order, your total is now $80. Then you return part
of the order and get a refund of $70, the number of points returned to you will be reduced to 10 points. 

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?

Points earned on Skullcandy.com purchases are issued to members 30 days after the order is shipped.  You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on product, excluding taxes and shipping. Points will only be earned on the portion of the order paid by the customer, after applying any coupon codes, including those for warranties. 

To earn points, you must be logged in, and a member of the program when making a purchase. If you checked out as a guest in error, contact us here for help.  

If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will not earn points.

If your purchase was made before September 11, 2024, it does not qualify for earning
points.
